Manager, Procurement
to lead strategic procurement initiatives across all third-party spend, including equipment, services, and construction. The role involves sourcing, supplier negotiations, risk mitigation, and strategy optimization, working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure project success, cost efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals Optimize vendor selection, pricing, and risk management Build and manage supplier relationships and performance programs Lead negotiations and contracting for major agreements Drive cost savings and process improvements Manage procurement systems and full procure-to-pay process Oversee procurement budget and financial oversight Position Requirements 7+ years in procurement with strategic sourcing and negotiations experience 5+ years leading procurement teams Bachelor’s degree in relevant field Experience in data center procurement or similar industries Strong financial, negotiation, and supplier management skills Proficiency with procurement software and analytics tools Preferred Qualifications Experience with large capital projects Knowledge of data center operations and real estate procurement Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) Additional Details Senior level: Mid-Senior Employment type: Full-time Industry: Telecommunications
