www.flagshippioneering.com . Position Summary We seek an experienced Project Management professional to support early discovery cross-functional teams in achieving project goals. The role involves collaborating with project leaders and functional areas in a fast-paced environment, ensuring research programs meet their deliverables and timelines, and acting as an alliance manager when needed. This is a visible, impactful role for a highly motivated individual. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, highly organized, and experienced in managing projects within the pharma/biotech industry, preferably in platform-based companies and antibody development. Excellent communication, collaboration skills, knowledge of R&D processes, IND submissions, and team management experience are essential. Key Responsibilities Leadership Partner with Project Leads and functional heads to develop and maintain integrated project plans, identifying interdependencies and critical path activities. Foster a team culture of accountability and communication, track progress, and recognize achievements. Contribute to the development of program management functions to support Metaphore’s needs. Accountabilities Develop and monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure objectives are met. Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans effectively to stakeholders. Ensure team members are aware of timelines and provide regular updates. Facilitate meetings using project management best practices to promote cross-functional communication and decision-making. Maintain project documentation, including agendas, minutes, dashboards, and risk analyses, and develop tools to facilitate communication and resolve bottlenecks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or PMP certification preferred. At least 5+ years of project management experience in biotech/pharma, with preference for platform-based and antibody development experience and knowledge of IND submissions. Understanding of biotech/pharma R&D processes. Skills / Capabilities Experience with SharePoint, Smartsheet, Monday, Orchestra, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and strategic perspective.
