Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Program Management to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in leading cross-functional program planning and execution for our key drug development programs. The successful candidate will thrive in a startup environment, will be willing to wear multiple hats in an early stage company, and bring proven expertise in driving complex preclinical and clinical stage programs. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and execute integrated program plans, timelines, and budgets in partnership with functional leads Facilitate cross-functional team meetings; drive alignment on program objectives, deliverables, and priorities Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and resource gaps; develop mitigation strategies and drive issue resolution Support decision-making through clear and timely communication of program status, key milestones, and risks to senior management and stakeholders Coordinate with external partners, CROs, and collaborators to ensure program objectives are met on time and within budget Foster a collaborative team culture and champion best practices in project and program management Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in life sciences; advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MBA) not required but helpful Strong grasp of scientific concepts and methods, able to engage in discussions with scientists to understand impacts to program plans Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program or project management within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry Strong track record of successfully managing drug development programs from preclinical through early clinical phases Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to influence without authority and to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills PMP certification or formal training in project management is a plus Why Join Us?
