nnJob Description
nWe are seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work predominantly on weekends, providing high-quality imaging services while working autonomously. Candidates should feel competent and comfortable in their skills, with leadership available for assistance as needed.
nnKey Responsibilities

- Perform MRI examinations, including Abdomen, Brain, Chest, and Pelvic scans. n
- Administer contrast media and prepare patients for procedures. n
- Utilize Siemens MRI equipment for high-quality imaging results. n
- Adhere to isolation precautions and safety standards. n
- Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout procedures. n
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using the EPIC charting system. n
- Pass an EKG exam during compliance as required. n
Qualifications
n- n
- Minimum of 3 years of MRI experience. n
- BLS certification required. n
- Valid ARRT or ARMRIT certification. n
- Experience with Siemens MRI equipment is mandatory. n
- Experience with EPIC healthcare information system preferred. n
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends. n
- Strong attention to detail and patient care focus. n
Compliance Requirements
nSuccessful candidates must complete a full compliance file by 12 noon EST on the Wednesday prior to the start date. Please ensure no upcoming time off is planned that would affect compliance completion.

- Community hospital experience preferred. n
- Weekend shift coverage required (Friday - Sunday). n
- All travelers may be required to float to other locations as needed. n
- Education verification through a 3rd party is necessary; candidates must have a license in hand upon submission. n
