Position Overview:

n

The MRI Technologist will perform MRI studies following the protocols established by the Radiologists. This role involves operating the MRI scanner to produce images of consistent optimal quality and preparing the scan room and equipment appropriately. The technologist will position patients, coils, and equipment as required, while maintaining communication with patients throughout the scanning procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
n
• Non-Degree Program: Completion of an approved AMA Radiologic Technology program or MRI certificate program (Required)

• Experience: n
  n
  • 1 Year experience as a Radiology Technologist (Required)
  n
  • 1 Year experience in CT or MRI (Preferred)
  n
  n

• Licenses/Certifications: n
  n
  • RT(R) - Registered Technologist (Radiology) (Required)

  • RT(MR) - Registered Technologist (MRI) (Required)

  • BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)

Work Schedule:

This position requires availability for every other weekend, with shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.

This role is part of a contract for a duration of 90 weeks with guaranteed hours.
