We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MRI Technologist to perform MRI studies in accordance with established protocols defined by our Radiologists. The ideal candidate will operate the MRI scanner to produce high-quality images, prepare the scan room and equipment, and ensure patient comfort and communication throughout the scanning procedure.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI studies following set protocols established by Radiologists.
n
• Operate the MRI scanner to produce images of consistent optimal quality.
n
• Prepare the scan room and equipment as appropriate for each procedure.
n
• Position patients, coils, and equipment as required for accurate imaging.
n
• Maintain effective communication with patients throughout the scanning process.
n

Qualifications

n

n
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required; Non Degree Program from an approved AMA Radiologic Technology program or MRI certificate program Required.
n
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as a Radiology Technologist Required; 1 year experience in CT or MRI preferred.
n
• Certifications: American Registry of Radiologists (ARRT) MR certification required within 2 years from date of hire.
n
• Licenses: Registered Technologist (R) Required; Registered Technologist (MR) Required; Basic Life Support Required.
