In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Management leads to design, execute, and report on comprehensive user experience research, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods. Your insights will critically influence product design and user experience, driving the development of best-in-class smart home devices.nKey Responsibilities:nnConduct both qualitative and quantitative research, including task analysis, to gather data on how users interact with products.nApply knowledge of human capabilities and user interface design principles to enhance hardware design for smart home devices.nUtilize various human engineering methods (e.g., ergonomics, usability evaluation) in research.nFoster an interdisciplinary approach in planning and designing user-product interactions, ensuring their efficacy and user satisfaction.nDeliver impactful presentations to advocate for user-centered changes in product development stages based on research findings.nnMust-Have Skills:nnAdvanced expertise in Human Factors, Ergonomics, or related fields.nStrong capability in executing detailed user research and translating findings into actionable product insights.nProven experience in Consumer Hardware research.nStrong capability in both verbal and written communication, able to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.nnABOUT AKRAYAnAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
