We have an exciting opportunity for an
Associate Director, Dentistry . The successful candidate will manage a cohort of residents, faculty, and clinical training sites, ensuring compliance with program requirements and CODA standards. Job Responsibilities
Travel:
Routine visits to clinical sites and attendance at conferences and recruitment events. Accountability:
Report to the Program Directors, managing compliance with GME and AEGD policies. Accreditation:
Prepare for and manage CODA site visits. Communication:
Serve as the primary contact for residents, faculty, and sites, managing all communications. Program Management:
Oversee documents, reports, evaluations, and orientations related to the program. Quality Assurance:
Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Recruitment:
Engage in resident and site recruitment activities. Minimum Qualifications
DDS or DMD license or eligibility in the US. At least 5 years of dental practice experience. Graduation from an accredited dental school. Preferred Qualifications
Completion of an AEGD or GPR residency program, preferably in the Boston area. Qualified candidates must communicate effectively at all organizational levels. $87,750 - $168,875
