Job Description:
Lead and motivate project teams throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring project objectives are met on time, within budget, and at a high level of quality.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, deliverables, and staffing strategies
  
\n
• Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation plans, and manage change effectively
  
\n
• Maintain dashboards and reporting to track progress, milestones, and KPIs
  
\n
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and clear communication
  
\n
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  
\n
• Establish and maintain standards and procedures for documentation and reporting
  
\n
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management maturity
  
\n

• Must-Haves:
  \n
  \n
  • 5-7 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in project management
  \n
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, scrum)
  \n
  • Proficiency with project planning tools (for example: MS Project, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow).
