Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Burbank, California.

Duties:

  • Lead and manage the technology implementation for a new TV studio set, ensuring successful integration of all audio-visual systems
  • Collaborate closely with company's Real Estate Development, Facilities teams, and the Construction Project Manager to align technology requirements with overall construction plans
  • Review and interpret architectural and electrical plans to ensure proper technology design and placement
  • Oversee procurement of audio-visual equipment and related technology assets, ensuring timely delivery and installation
  • Develop and track project milestones, schedules, and deliverables using Smartsheet and Jira
  • Coordinate timing and sequencing of technology installations in alignment with construction activities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technology-related activities, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and vendors
  • Provide oversight and direction during technology build-outs in theater and conference room environments
  • Ensure all technology installations meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and project deadlines
  • Apply expertise in the audio visual, project management, and technology integration to deliver a fully operational studio environment


Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on technology implementation in construction environments such as: school campuses, studios, or large facilities
  • Proven experience managing audio-visual (AV) projects and overseeing the deployment of physical AV assets
  • Strong knowledge of technology integration in theater, conference room, or studio environments
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet and Jira
  • Demonstrated ability to review and interpret architectural and electrical plans for technology installations
  • Excellent coordination skills with cross-functional teams, vendors, and construction project managers
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget

The approximate pay range for this position is between $46.52 and $66.46. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
