Project Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinating and leading cross-functional teams to execute project tasks effectively.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Communicating project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders.
- Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs as needed.
- Fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conducting post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
Physical demands include:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
- Frequent use of a computer and other office equipment.
- Ability to travel as required for project needs.
