This position offers hands-on experience, client interaction, and seasonal travel to beautiful locations like the Gulf Coast.

Compensation
$38,000 - $58,000, depending on experience with bi-annual bonus

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with audit, tax, and bookkeeping tasks
• Preparing and reviewing financial documents
• Collaborating with a small CPA team via Teams and Skype
• Traveling to client offices seasonally, primarily within Central Alabama
• Utilizing Excel for financial analysis (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
• Supporting payroll processes using software like QuickBooks and Sage

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• CPA or CPA eligible status
• 1-2 years of audit experience
• Proficiency with Excel formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
• Comfortable with client communication and collaboration tools

• Willingness to travel (10-25%) to client sites across Alabama
