Project Accountant / Accountant

From project setup through closeout, you'll work directly with project managers and leadership to ensure financial accuracy and transparency that drives successful outcomes. Compensation

• $60,000 - $75,000, depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Establish and maintain billing schedules in coordination with project managers
• Prepare and submit accurate client invoices on time
• Review and allocate consultant, engineering, and vendor invoices to projects
• Monitor job costs and ensure alignment with project budgets
• Process client payments and maintain financial records
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Strong knowledge of job cost accounting and project billing processes
• 4+ years of project accounting or A/E/C industry experience
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage, QuickBooks, or Deltek preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills
