A fast-paced financial services firm is seeking a Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, and strategic financial initiatives. This role will also work closely with fund accounting and cross-functional stakeholders, offering a broad view into firm-level and portfolio-level reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile daily and monthly cash activity
• Oversee AP and AR processes using Ramp and NetSuite
• Review and approve employee expense submissions
• Assist with the transition to new systems for spend management
• Prepare quarterly invoices and manage expense allocations
• Own journal entries and GL activity for close cycles
• Coordinate with tax advisors on filings and K-1s across multiple entities
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in public or private accounting
• Strong Excel skills; detail-oriented with solid analytical ability
• Bachelors in Accounting (CPA preferred)
• Experience with financial systems like NetSuite, Ramp, Bill.com, or Expensify
• Background in financial services, private equity, or venture capital is a plus
• Tech-savvy and comfortable optimizing systems for efficiency
• Highly organized and capable of working under pressure in a collaborative, evolving environment
  
  
  

Compensation: $115,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
