Nature of Work:

The Finance & Operations employee will support the organization by compiling reports, streamlining processes through automation, and assisting in data-driven financial decision-making. This role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency, making it ideal for a motivated individual looking to develop practical skills in a dynamic business environment.

Examples of work performed:

• Report Compilation & Analysis
• Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial and operational data.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support business reviews and strategic planning.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data presentation and reporting formats.
• Support the development and testing of automated workflows to improve reporting and data handling efficiency.
• Financial Decision Support
• Conduct basic financial modeling and scenario analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with finance teams to provide insights
• Administrative & Project Support
• Maintain documentation of processes, tools, and reporting templates.
• Support ongoing projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and preparing presentations or summaries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum
• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• High School or GED
• Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
• Preferred
• Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid drivers license and meet company vehicle driving standards.

• Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner
