Job title: Receptionist
Location: Tampa, 33607 - This position is onsite
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Type: Contract, 3 months
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (1 hour lunch)
Job description:
Greet and assist visitors: Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, clients, and staff, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
Manage phone calls and emails: Answer, screen, and direct calls, as well as handle inquiries via email, providing timely and accurate information.
Schedule appointments and meetings: Coordinate and manage calendars, book appointments, and reserve meeting rooms as needed.
Maintain office organization: Handle office supplies, ensure the reception area is tidy, and support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
Support office operations: Assist with various tasks as needed, including coordinating deliveries, managing visitor logs, and supporting other departments with basic administrative duties.

Requirements:
- Must have (2) years of recent corporate administrative experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
