IT Specialist Senior (DoD Contract)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Tier III upgrades and troubleshooting of IT systems, networking, and storage.
- Optimize and manage WAN/BAN, IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Design and implement new IT systems and services in coordination with Cyber Security teams.
- Integrate enterprise, regional, and local IT systems while ensuring continuity or recovery of operations.
- Approximately 5 years of IT experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of WAN/BAN and enterprise networking
- CCNP certification or actively pursuing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Recent hands-on experience in live network environments
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
