ERP Developer 3 (PeopleSoft FSCM)

Job Description We are seeking a skilled professional to support our organization's ERP applications through programming system analysis, modification, testing, and debugging. The role involves ensuring seamless software integration into the ERP system, coordinating software integration efforts, and maintaining technical documentation. Required Qualifications: Experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules. Proficiency in ETL procedures for data conversion from legacy systems to PeopleSoft and creating interface programs for third-party systems. Development experience with People Tools (PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, Cobol, SQR). Experience with Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML). Experience working with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government). Familiarity with the Texas State CPA CAPPS Financials system. Experience with the Treasury Offset Program (TOP). At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio). Ability to analyze business requirements and create technical design documents.
