In-Office Project Manager
to oversee multiple commercial foodservice projects. This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project lifecycle - from submittals to procurement to close-out - ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to client specifications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment and bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the central point of contact for assigned projects, coordinating communication between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Review architectural drawings, kitchen layouts, and equipment schedules to ensure project accuracy and alignment with scope. Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and punch lists. Track project timelines and proactively manage scheduling of equipment procurement, delivery, and installation. Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate ordering of materials and equipment. Communicate project updates and potential issues to stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with field installation teams and subcontractors to resolve site issues as needed. Ensure compliance with contract terms, budgets, and internal standards. Participate in project closeout, including final documentation, sign-offs, and handover. Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction, foodservice, or related industries. Familiarity with foodservice equipment and layouts is highly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management or ERP software is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively within an office environment. Preferred Tools/Systems Experience:
SAGE or other ERP systems AutoCAD or basic blueprint reading Smartsheet, MS Project, or other scheduling tools Benefits:
