A leading property management company is seeking a
Project Manager
to oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, detail-oriented professional with experience managing technology infrastructure projects and coordinating with major service providers. Communicating effectively, the new leader will contribute to operational excellence by ensuring seamless project execution from planning to completion while meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Salary + Additional Benefits:
$100,000-120,000 Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance

Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of IT and telcom project lifecycles, from initiation to close-out. Manage the rollout of community Wi-Fi, managed network services, and smart-home devices (cameras, smart locks, thermostats) for multifamily properties. Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation. Manage exterior general contractors. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety guidelines, and client specifications. Prepare project documentation, including status reports, timelines, and post-project evaluations. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and service providers.
Requirements:
7-10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the multifamily real estate sector Experience delivering managed Wi-Fi or similar telecom projects Strong vendor management and negotiation skills Ability to lead and manage a team Familiarity with major and regional telecom providers (Comcast, Xfinity, Allbridge, etc.) Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-starter Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills PMP or other relevant certification preferred
