Handle day-to-day administrative inquiries from internal business units and our senior management, including but not limited to; entitlement requests, moves/adds/changes requests, inventory management, expense allocation, and invoices reconciliation. Overseeing Market Data Services: Updating/maintaining inventory (updating service allocations) Experience working with Market Data Vendors and knowledge of products Working & building close relationships with vendors (inventory/service requests) Responding to queries from businesses Providing comprehensive reports to senior leaderships on costs/inventory Build and maintain working relationships with internal teams Report to Third Party exchanges & vendors on their platform Experience with DACS and market data inventory system (FITS) Manage vendor-related expenses (seeking opportunities for cost savings) Keep an updated inventory of contracts, services, pricing, users, and vendors. Perform month-end reconciliations and ensure that our data is always accurate and current Resolve any market data issues. Excellent communication and task/time management skills are preferred. Display a high level of time management skills to manage multiple and elaborate requests simultaneously. Have high energy and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications
Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable. The typical base pay range for this role is between $108K - $128K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
