Property Manager II (Seattle, WA)
Oversee daily operations of an affordable housing community, including leasing, resident services, maintenance, compliance, and finances. Supervise onsite staff (Maintenance Technicians and Custodians). Provide leadership, training, and performance management while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, LIHTC, and funder requirements through certifications, audits, and accurate tenant files. Manage resident relations, including lease-ups, renewals, rule enforcement, eviction prevention, and conflict resolution. Handle financial management: rent collection, deposits, payables, vendor coordination, reporting, and budget adherence. Minimum qualifications:
3+ years of property management with supervisory experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Boston Post preferred); strong communication and organizational skills; valid driver's license and reliable transportation; knowledge of Fair Housing and WA landlord-tenant law; ability to work effectively with diverse, at-risk populations.
