Systematically identify and develop relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to raise awareness of the company’s mission to accelerate the invention and adoption of life-changing medicines for patients living with CNS disorders Develop and maintain deep knowledge of neuropsychiatry, approved pipeline medications, and the competitive landscape in the therapeutic area Provide fair and balanced scientific information to HCPs and internal partners per organizational needs Deliver formal presentations to HCPs and external stakeholders upon request Communicate meaningful insights gleaned from peer-to-peer discussions with HCPs Identify, analyze, and translate territory needs to achieve clinical and business objectives Collaborate with internal partners to advance clinical and business objectives Build and maintain technical and clinical expertise in neuropsychiatry and related neuroscience areas Contribute to the growth and development of the National Field Medical Team Document field activities, submit medical insights, respond to medical information requests, and complete required trainings and tasks Provide high-level support for company-sponsored trials and assist with investigator-initiated research proposals as needed Qualifications
Advanced degree (MD, DO, PharmD or PhD) required Previous MSL experience preferred Preference for Alzheimer’s Disease or Geriatric Psychiatry experience Resident of the geographic area Ability to travel up to 50-75%, including overnight stays and weekends as needed Meet requirements for health industry representative credentialing to access healthcare facilities within the territory Experience, Knowledge And Skills
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and autonomous environment with evolving business needs Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adjust workload to changing priorities Experience as an MSL or advanced experience in neuropsychiatry Demonstrated leadership among MSL peers and cross-functional partners Proactive communication to leadership Ability to contribute to the overall field medical strategy Salary & Benefits The anticipated salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000.
