Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Lead requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Create documentation, workflows, and reports to guide implementation. Assist in the deployment and adoption of AI tools and dashboards. Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements. Support AI-driven service delivery and framework development initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA. Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and WBS development. Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Conduct QA testing and validate solutions against business goals. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. 58 years of experience as a Business Analyst in consulting or enterprise environments. Proven experience with Office 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint planning. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with tools like MS Project, Jira, and Confluence. Exposure to AI implementation projects or digital transformation initiatives. Experience working with government or aerospace clients.
