AI Business Solutions, Cloud Solution Architect
you will be passionate about driving our customers business applications & AI transformation on the Microsoft platform. In this customer-facing role, you will own both the business applications-focused technical relationship and technical strategy between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation and operational health engagements. We are currently looking for
AI Business Solutions, Cloud Solution Architect
professionals to join our teams across various business groups, for varying customer sizes, in our enterprise, regulated, and partner services organizations. By applying to this role, you will be considered for multiple opportunities within Microsoft across the United States including locations beyond where the role is posted. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home. Travel percentages will vary according to role. Customer Centricity: Drive positive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor by leveraging M365 Enterprise Services expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. You will actively listen and respectfully challenge to drive the best outcomes. Customer Insights: Provide feedback and insights from customers back to the relevant Microsoft teams to enable continuous improvement. Business Impact: Consumption (Cloud & Support) growth Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with business and technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsofts M365 value proposition and get value from their investment in Microsoft technologies. Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services or Teams/Phone/voice services; lead technical conversations and deliver work according to Microsoft best practices and policies. Technical Leadership: Demonstrate a self-learner mindset and accelerate customer outcomes by engaging with relevant communities, sharing expertise, and contributing to IP creation. Other: Embody our culture and values.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting. OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience working on technical projects with experience designing and deploying solutions in AI/Microsoft 365 solutions or related, plus knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures for integrating on-premises workloads with Azure resources. Breadth of technical experience with depth in Microsoft 365 Copilot and related Microsoft 365 solutions (Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Endpoint, Intune, Windows 365, etc.). Other Requirements: Microsoft is unable to sponsor a work visa for this role due to the nature of the roles job duties. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in related field AND 6+ years of experience. Or equivalent experience. 4+ years in a customer-facing role and 4+ years on technical projects. Change management experience and/or PROSCI certification. Business and sales acumen; technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) with preference for Microsoft Azure fundamentals or M365 fundamentals; Cloud Security, Teams Administration, SharePoint Certifications. Deep knowledge of solution architecture and support of Cloud/hybrid messaging/collaboration/unified environments; breadth in two or more Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, Teams Phone, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Viva, Power Platform, Windows & Cloud Endpoint, Identity and Access, Governance & Risk, Compliance).
