CFO
for Riverside Medical Clinic in Riverside County, CA. Riverside Medical Clinic is a premier multi-specialty physician practice with more than 180 physicians and advanced practice providers in seven offices and two ASCs; MSO employs 800+ team members. Responsibilities
Oversees Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Supply Chain Management, Revenue Cycle Management, Administration of Division Policies, Internal Controls and Audit. Maximizes profitability for the Physician Practices and ASC’s through analysis and recommendations in Operations, Physician Productivity, Net Revenue, and Operating Expenses. Manages the Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain and Business Office Operations departments. Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and Local statutes as it relates to Physicians and Advanced Providers. Qualifications
Working knowledge of GAAP, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, and federal and local tax regulations; knowledge of business office operations including registration through discharge and patient billing; knowledge of managed care and payer processes and negotiation terms; ability to prepare financial statements and operating reports reflecting performance. Ability to interpret complex financial analysis, prepare schedules and reports, and manipulate data in spreadsheets and databases; strong communication and presentation skills. Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and minimum 10 years of relevant progressive financial experience in a healthcare organization. Master\'s degree preferred. Experience with Physician Practices and Ambulatory Surgery Centers is preferred. Employment details
