LaSalle Network is partnering with a rapidly expanding CPG company in downtown Chicago to hire a
Customer Service Operations Administrator.
This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with foodservice or K-12 channel experience who can own the order-to-cash process and support both customers and internal supply chain teams.
As a key link between customers, brokers, and internal operations, you'll manage orders, facilitate RFPs, and ensure accurate, on-time delivery of products. This position offers immediate impact and long-term growth in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Customer Service Operations Administrator
Responsibilities:
Manage the full order-to-cash process, including order entry, shipping, invoicing, and pricing validation
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned foodservice and K-12 accounts, ensuring strong relationships and timely communication
Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, warehouses, carriers, and sales to resolve logistics issues and ensure on-time/in-full delivery
Support the RFP/bid process, coordinating submissions and tracking outcomes
Facilitate customer/vendor setup, including EDI integrations and item master maintenance Customer Service Operations Administrator
Requirements:
Must have 2+ years of experience in foodservice, K-12, or large CPG environments
Exposure to ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be available to work onsite in downtown Chicago
