Represent clients in insurance defense litigation with a focus on trucking and premises liability Manage cases from inception through resolution Billability target: 160 hours per month Work independently in a fully remote setting Qualifications
Active Texas bar license 4+ years of relevant insurance defense litigation experience Strong background in trucking and premises liability preferred Excellent written and oral advocacy skills Ability to work independently and bill efficiently Benefits
