Provide defense litigation services in commercial trucking and premises liability. Manage cases from inception through resolution. Bill a minimum of 160 hours per month. Work remotely as a Texas-licensed attorney with independent caseload responsibilities. Qualifications
Active Texas bar license 4+ years of relevant insurance defense litigation experience Strong background in trucking and premises liability (preferred) Proven ability to work independently and bill efficiently Excellent written and oral advocacy skills Benefits
