We are seeking an experienced
Cradle-to-Grave Project Manager
to oversee Division 8 projects, focusing on doors, frames, and hardware. This role involves managing projects from start to finish - from estimating and procurement to installation and closeout. You'll work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. Key Responsibilities Manage Division 8 projects from conception through completion ("cradle to grave"). Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and hardware schedules. Prepare submittals, RFIs, and change orders as needed. Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and field teams to resolve project challenges. Manage material procurement and delivery timelines to keep projects on track. Utilize
EPWS
and
Contract ERP
systems for estimating, project tracking, and reporting. Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. Qualifications Experience:
5+ years of project management experience within Division 8 (doors, frames, hardware) preferred. Technical Skills:
Proficiency with
EPWS
and
Contract ERP
systems is a plus. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and material requirements. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
