Were looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our digital strategy, generate leads, and grow our brand across multiple channels. Join us to make an impact in the roofing industry! Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive high-quality leads. Develop SEO strategies and create content (blogs, social posts, videos) to boost organic traffic. Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance brand engagement. Design and run email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. Analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools; report on KPIs like ROI and cost-per-lead. Collaborate with sales to optimize lead funnels and improve conversions. Stay updated on digital trends and local competition to keep our marketing fresh.
Qualifications
24 years of digital marketing experience, with proven success in Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Skilled in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush). Knowledge of SEO, content creation, and email marketing; graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe) a plus. Strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance. Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to work independently. Bachelors degree in marketing or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications strongly preferred. Interest in roofing/home services a bonus but not required.

Location: Baton Rouge, LA (No Remote work). Salary: $45,000-75,000 /year. Benefits: 100% company paid Health Vision, Dental insurance, paid time off Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday, with occasional evening/weekend campaign monitoring.
