Job Description Min Hourly Rate($): 18.00 Max Hourly Rate($): 19.00

Required Education • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred Education: • Associate degree or equivalent experience

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience: • 1+ year of experience interacting with customers (call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military) • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience: • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates genuine concern for improving customer quality of life • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards • Ability to exhibit patience, empathy, and express assurance and confidence • Strong customer service skills including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills • 6+ months of healthcare experience

Customer Care Representative Overview: • Support members with their pharmacy benefit plans through inbound calls • Assist with prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions • Provide solutions to simplify healthcare experiences for members • Service a variety of clients and call types in a dynamic, evolving business environment • Gain exposure to healthcare while expanding career opportunities within Client • Comprehensive training program (minimum 6 weeks, onsite or virtual depending on role) combining hands-on learning, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement

Job Duties • Take inbound calls to assist members with questions regarding their pharmacy benefit plans • Provide guidance on prescription coverage, mail order prescriptions, and available healthcare options • Ensure members understand their coverage and assist in resolving issues • Deliver excellent customer service through professionalism, empathy, and effective communication • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and government regulations
