Business Analyst Senior

This role involves developing and enhancing data solutions, performing root cause analysis, and automating manual processes to improve system stability and efficiency.
Rate Range:
$65/hour to 70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Analyst Senior job responsibilities include:
Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and support strategic initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Support project planning and execution by providing insights, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables meet business expectations. Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments to guide decision-making and ensure successful implementation of solutions. Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, use cases, and requirement traceability matrices. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field; master's degree preferred. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or related roles. Proven ability to analyze and translate Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) into actionable solutions. Pay Details:
$65.00 to $70.00 per hour
