to join our service department team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in automotive warranty processing.
Responsibilities: Process and submit all warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer and dealership policies. Review repair orders, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. Maintain accurate records of all warranty submissions and approvals. Track warranty payments and reconcile with dealership records. Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and the manufacturer to resolve claim issues. Stay current on all manufacturer warranty guidelines and policy updates. Qualifications:
Previous experience in warranty administration or automotive service preferred. Knowledge of Toyota warranty policies is a plus. Strong computer and data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What We Offer:
