Warranty Administrator
Process all warranty claims according to Ford and Mitsubishi factory guidelines Maintain records of all claims, authorizations, and payments Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturer reps to resolve discrepancies Ensure compliance with factory policies and dealership procedures Provide reporting to management on claim status and warranty receivables Minimum five years warranty administration experience in an automotive dealership service department Strong knowledge of Ford warranty procedures preferred High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills with both technicians and management Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) Family-owned, community-focused dealership in Abilene, TX Affordable cost of living, excellent schools, and a strong, friendly West Texas community Relocation assistance available for the right candidate
