Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 3rd shift Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, vacuum seal systems, overhead cranes, lamination equipment, gel coating machines, CNC trimmers, sensored conveyors, motors, pumps, conveyors, rollers, and pulleys. The ideal candidate will have experience reading ladder logic, troubleshooting PLCs, and have skills in editing and programming. Additionally, the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot up to 480v 3-phase is essential.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on industrial equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Maintain and repair vacuum seal systems and overhead cranes.
Service lamination equipment, gel coating machines, and CNC trimmers.
Conduct repairs on sensored conveyors, motors, pumps, rollers, and pulleys.
Read and interpret ladder logic for PLCs; edit and program as needed.
Interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot up to 480v 3-phase systems.
Essential Skills
5+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience.
Proficiency in mechanical maintenance involving hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors.
Experience in electrical troubleshooting including reading schematics and using a multimeter.
Ability to troubleshoot up to 480v 3-phase electrical systems.
Basic PLC troubleshooting with the ability to read and follow ladder logic.
Physical ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs.
Work Environment
This role is based in a facility where you may encounter strong odors such as acetone, resin, and fiberglass when working in specific areas. A respirator must be worn when working with this equipment, and the ability to clear a respirator fit test is required. The temperature in the affected area remains at a consistent 85 degrees to ensure proper gel coat/fiberglass setting. Personal protective equipment is provided, including white tie-back suits, gloves, and respirators. The operation is divided into four areas: wet side, wood room, dry side, and shipping/receiving.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $81120.00/yr.
