High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary are a plus. Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
