Onsite in Fremont, CA
Key Responsibilities:
Culture and differentiate pluripotent stem cells following SOPs and protocols.
Prepare media, buffers, and perform chemical weighing and large-scale filtrations.
Support day-to-day lab operations, including inventory management and material handling.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and equipment-related issues.
Assist with equipment maintenance and general lab upkeep.
Order lab supplies and maintain proper documentation, including lab notebooks.
Support cross-functional teams including Process Development and Analytical Services.
Participate in facility start-up activities and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Associate’s (AS) degree with 4+ years or Bachelor’s (BS) degree with 2+ years in life sciences.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture.
Knowledge of aseptic techniques is preferred.
Experience with SOP writing and lab documentation is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
