Junior Subject Matter Expert

Benefits: Health insurance BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Junior Subject Matter Expert to support and enhance our IT solutions for government and contractor environments. This role will focus on ensuring that applications and systems meet accessibility requirements and deliver a high level of performance. The specialist will also travel to government or contractor sites as necessary. The Junior Subject Matter Expert defines problems, analyzes, and develops plans and requirements for moderately complex-to-complex systems within the subject matter area. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing the preparation of analysis, evaluations, and recommendations for the proper implementation of programs and systems specifications across various domains such as information technology, healthcare, education, public safety, social services, human resources, transportation, and environment. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related scientific or technical discipline. 7+ years of experience in the IT field. 5+ years of combined new and related older technical experience directly related to the required area of expertise. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree Export Control Compliance: This position requires compliance with Export Control regulations.
