Senior Subject Matter Expert

Benefits: Health insurance Job Description: BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Subject Matter Expert to support and enhance our IT solutions for government and contractor environments. This role will focus on ensuring that applications and systems meet accessibility requirements and deliver a high level of performance. The specialist will also travel to government or contractor sites as necessary. The Senior Subject Matter Expert will define requirements, perform analyses, and develop plans for systems. The expertise may relate to specific disciplines required by the state agency, including but not limited to: information technology, healthcare, education, public safety, social services, human resources, transportation, and environment. The role requires expertise in formulating specifications and executing technical initiatives in these vertical areas. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in relevant fields such as Information Technology, Healthcare, Education, Public Safety, Social Services, Human Resources, Transportation, or Environment. 12+ years of relevant industry experience in the discipline. 10+ years of combined new and related older technical experience in the IT field directly related to the required area of expertise. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or Ph.D. degree. Additional Requirements: This position requires compliance with Export Control regulations.
