The Clinical Research Coordinator 2 serves as a mid-level clinical research professional responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of specific clinical research studies. This role involves overseeing study protocol implementation from initiation to close-out, ensuring compliance with regulatory and sponsor guidelines, and working closely with study teams to ensure participant safety and protocol adherence. Core Job Functions
Assist in participant recruitment, screening, and retention activities. Perform study procedures, routine tests, data collection, and daily operations of moderate-risk clinical research protocols. Collect, process, pack, and ship specimens according to protocol and standards. Maintain study documentation and manage study materials. Monitor, document, and report adverse events and protocol deviations. Assist with protocol amendments and study orientation. Monitor study progress and communicate with investigators and sponsors. Support administrative tasks related to study personnel and compliance. Implement strategies to meet participants' language and health literacy needs. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain necessary training and certifications. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Skills in detailed data handling, organization, and prioritization. Discretion in handling confidential information. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Additional Information
