Administrative Assistant

What You'll Do As Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in performing advanced clerical/secretarial and administrative support functions of considerable variety and complexity requiring exercising considerable judgment and initiative in completing assignments for a dean, manager, chair or coordinator.

Day-to-day you'll be responsible for:

• Managing communication by answering and directing phone calls and writing and distributing emails, memos, and other correspondence.
• Organizing and scheduling appointments.
• Ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers. Maintaining contact lists and digital filing systems.
• Working closely with colleagues and students to enhance the overall employee and student experience.

Who We're Looking For We're seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have:

• Graduation from high school (standard high school or equivalency diploma).
• Four (4) years of secretarial and/or clerical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
