Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in the commercial construction sector, specifically focusing on retail and multi-family developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and report on performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues that arise.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project documentation, including progress reports and financial statements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects, particularly in retail and multi-family sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
