Project Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large scale Government & Federal construction projects around the Bethesda, MD area at the NIH. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing projects valued at $50 million or more and will have extensive knowledge of government construction regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout
- Ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Manage subcontractors and vendor relationships
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations and requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Proven experience managing projects valued at 50 million dollars or more
- Experience working on government construction projects
- Extensive knowledge of government construction regulations, including SCIF and Federal Projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- OSHA 30 Hour certification
- Nice to have: experience with Bluebeam and Procore software, QA/QC experience, Estimating experience
