Project Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large scale Government & Federal construction projects around the Bethesda, MD area at the NIH. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing projects valued at $50 million or more and will have extensive knowledge of government construction regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout
  • Ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Manage subcontractors and vendor relationships
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations and requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
  • Proven experience managing projects valued at 50 million dollars or more
  • Experience working on government construction projects
  • Extensive knowledge of government construction regulations, including SCIF and Federal Projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • OSHA 30 Hour certification
  • Nice to have: experience with Bluebeam and Procore software, QA/QC experience, Estimating experience
