Construction Project Manager - Multifamily

This role is in office 5 days/week - no remote work

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and finalize multifamily construction projects according to specifications and deadlines
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment
  • Manage project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Conduct risk management assessments to minimize project risks
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Lead project meetings and communicate updates to team members and stakeholders effectively
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the multifamily construction sector
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools

Benefits

  • $95,000 - $125,000 base salary (DOE)
  • End of year discretionary bonus
  • Any additional travel needed to project site will be covered by company
