The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams, stakeholders, and resources while adhering to safety regulations and building codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Conduct regular site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure project requirements are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in construction management, particularly on industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and risk management practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to lead teams and supervise site activities effectively.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
