Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with grant requirements, and efficient financial operations. You'll work cross-functionally to support month-end close, general ledger reconciliations, grant expense tracking, and more.
What You'll Do:
- Lead month-end close and journal entry preparation
- Manage bank, cash, and treasury reconciliations
- Oversee clinic income accounting and performance analysis
- Support grant tracking, billing, and reporting
- Assist with audits, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Contribute to special projects and organizational goals
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 58 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of general ledger and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Excel and Word; ERP experience (Blackbaud preferred)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to service excellence
$70,000 - $90,000 a year Based on 37.5 hours/week
