Mechanic Job at Educational Service Center of Central Ohio in Sunbury

The Big Walnut Local School District is currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Mechanic position. ASE Certification preferred. Salary and work year to be established by the Board.

Qualifications

• Must provide current BCI/FBI background checks.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours.
• Candidates will be interviewed to evaluate relative job skills and ability, pertinent job experience, reliability, ability to follow instructions, desire to work in a team environment, job performance (past and present), attendance, and evaluations.
• The candidate must have demonstrated knowledge of diagnostic and repair skills of both diesel and gasoline bus/truck engines, electrical systems and body components.
• The candidate will also need the ability to lift at least 50 pounds to load and unload trucks.
