Mechanic Position

Estimated Pay: $31.00 - $55.00 per hour (effective rate)

Location: S Plano St & East River Ave

Effective Rate Includes:

• Hourly rate: $18.00 - $25.00, based on experience
• Incentives: $13.00 - $30.00 per hour on average, based on productivity

Additional Earning Opportunities:

• Overtime

Job Responsibilities:

Perform front-end mechanical repairs such as alignments, brakes, steering/suspension, fluid exchanges, and replacing components like water pumps, alternators, belts, hoses, radiators.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Energetic, ethical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to examine and identify necessary repairs and maintenance
• Effective communication skills with team members
• Physically capable of lifting 70 lbs. and performing physical tasks
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
