We are seeking a

Senior Oracle Database Administrator (DBA)

to join our Infrastructure Engineering team. This is a hands-on, onsite, individual contributor role focused on the technical execution and delivery of database and BI systems, with some input into design and architecture.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks across Oracle database administration, BI platform support, ETL pipeline development, and data governance. The ideal candidate brings deep Oracle expertise, a solid grasp of business intelligence tools, and strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities Database Administration

Perform Oracle Database administration tasks including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery. Support and maintain Oracle environments including Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues and incidents in a timely manner. Participate in performance tuning, capacity planning, and system optimization efforts. Collaborate on database design and provide input on architecture when needed. BI & Data Platform Management

Design, develop, and maintain data warehouses, databases, and BI platforms to support business decision-making. Develop and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources into BI systems. Create, deploy, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Apex, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. Collect, process, organize, and analyze data to uncover trends, identify inefficiencies, and surface improvement opportunities. Monitor BI system performance, conduct capacity planning, and optimize solutions for speed and scalability. Debug, test, and troubleshoot issues in the BI environment to ensure continuous, accurate data availability. Data Governance & Compliance

Implement and enforce data governance policies to maintain data quality and consistency. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all database and BI platforms. Maintain compliance with data security standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Must-Have:

7+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA in an enterprise environment. Proficiency in Oracle DB administration and performance tuning. Experience with Oracle Fusion, OCI, OAC, and OIC. Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Apex, Power BI, Tableau). Strong SQL skills and experience developing ETL processes. Familiarity with data warehousing and analytics platforms. Ability to work independently in a delivery-focused, execution-driven role. Onsite availability as required. Nice to Have:

Experience with data governance frameworks and data security practices. Familiarity with cloud migrations and hybrid cloud/on-prem environments. Experience automating database and BI operations via scripting. What We're Looking For
